1. Burton Bullet Tool
The Burton Bullet Tool makes an excellent gift for just about every rider. It’s small enough to fit in your pocket but can really help you out on the mountain if you need to adjust your bindings or make a minor repair on the fly.
The tool is lightweight and small enough while still providing valuable and effective performance. It also has a design that allows you to use it without taking your gloves off, which is an awesome benefit.
The Bullet comes with #2 and #3 Phillips head drivers, a flat head driver, a 4mm Allen key, and a 10mm wrench. That covers all of the basics, and the foldout handle gives you ratcheting power to get the job done right.
2. GoPro Hero 9
The GoPro Hero 9 is another fantastic gift that every snowboarder will love. It gives you an amazing way to capture all of the adventures in the snow and is fully capable of withstanding the demanding conditions that occur when riding.
The Hero 9 is fully waterproof and shockproof to give you durable performance that will pay off after a long day on the slopes. You’ll be able to shoot 5K Ultra HD video and 20mp photos to share with friends.
It also comes with exceptional image stabilization, so quality images and video can be taken if you bounce around the mountain riding tough. It also has a long battery life for all-day use on the slopes.

3. Black Diamond Transfer Shovel
Safety is always a concern for snowboarders, and the Black Diamond Transfer shovel is a great gift that can pay off in an emergency situation. Backcountry riders and freeride specialists always have a need for a good avalanche shovel.
The Transfer Shovel has an aluminum design that is lightweight but strong. You can easily attach it to a backpack or throw it in a dedicated snow tool pocket without weighing you down. It also has an extendable shaft that makes for a compact profile without sacrificing performance.
The anodized blade will cut through snow and hold up during constant use. The handle is also designed to fit easily in a gloved hand to use quickly when it’s needed.
4. CamelBack Powder Hound 12 Hydration Pack
Staying hydrated is key to having a great day on the mountain. The CamelBack Powder Hound 12 Hydration Pack is designed with winter sports in mind and makes a good gift for the active snowboarder.
This is a well-designed and durable hydration pack. It comes with a 3L capacity bladder, which is enough to last a full day of riding. You’ll also get an additional 9L of storage space to carry along any extras.
The pack has an insulated Therminator harness to keep the drinking tube from freezing in colder conditions and a snowshoed back panel that helps keep snow from building up between it and your back.

5. Smartwool PhD Ski Light Elite
Socks might seem like a boring gift, but every snowboarder will benefit from and appreciate a pair as quality as the Smartwool PhD Ski Light Elite. These are some of my favorite socks for snowboarding that I have ever used.
They are made from the perfect blend of natural and synthetic materials. Merino wool gives you plenty of warmth and natural odor-eliminating properties. Nylon and elastane help the socks stay dry and fit well.
I wear these socks almost every day I ride. They also come in several different weights if you want a thicker option for added warmth.

6. LifeProof FRE Series Waterproof Case
The LifeProof FRE Series Waterproof Case will help keep a phone safe, secure, and watertight when it’s along for the ride. I know plenty of snowboarders who have lost or broken their phones on the mountain, and a quality case can fix this problem.
This case is fully water and snowproof, which makes it ideal for snowboarding. It’s submergible to 66 feet and fully sealed to keep out dust, ice, and dirt. It also helps protect the phone from drops and other damage.
The link above is to an iPhone 12, but just be sure you get the right model to work with whatever phone the person to who you are giving the gift has.
7. Demon United Elite X Ski and Snowboard Edge Tuner
Every rider needs to maintain sharp edges to make the most of the time they have on the snow. This edge tuner gives you everything you need to edge and tune a snowboard properly.
This complete tune kit can last for years and allow your favorite rider to keep their boards in excellent shape all season long. It comes with a side edge multi-tool, files, wax, and a carry bag to give you everything you need in a compact package.
This is a solid gift for any rider who takes the sport seriously and demands flawless performance out of their gear. If you know someone who loves to ride, they will certainly appreciate this kit.
8. Smith Optics Mission MIPS Helmet
Every snowboarder should already be riding with a helmet. But if you know someone who doesn’t, or if they need a new one, the Smith Optics Mission MIPS is one of the best around in terms of comfort and safety.
This lightweight and comfortable helmet also provides a ton of safety thanks to MIPS technology and a Koroyd construction. It also has 14 vents and an adjustable climate control regulator for added airflow.
The dial fit system is one of the most effective I’ve used at keeping a helmet firmly in place without it feeling too tight. It also comes in many different colors for a variety of stylized options.
9. Jadeince Muscle & Joint Therapeutic Pain Relief Cream
Let’s face it, snowboarding can take a toll on the body. Even though a great day on the slopes will leave you smiling, your body may be paying the price. That’s why this muscle and joint pain relief cream makes a great gift.
This is an herbal formula that I have found very effective after a long day on the slopes. Whether you have achy knees, a sore back, or any other issue, this stuff does a great job of providing relief.
It’s also easy to pack and bring along on a trip to the mountain. Injuries and overuse are a fact of life for every snowboarder, and this cream can help someone recover quickly to get back on the snow at full blast.
10. Fifty Places to Ski and Snowboard Before You Die
This book is the perfect gift for the stoked snowboarder who loves to travel. The name says it all and is sure to fuel a lifetime of winter wanderlust for every type of rider out there. It’s full of some of the best places on earth to go ride.
Written by Chris Santella, this is a fun and exciting book that explores some of the most amazing snowboarding locations in the world. It covers fifty different places in-depth and provides quality information on all of them.
It also looks at the history of snowboarding and skiing and interviews some famous winter sports athletes. It’s a good read and sure to be a favorite coffee table read.
11. Dakine High Roller Snowboard Bag
This gift is a follow-up to the book mentioned above. Pair that with this snowboard bag, and maybe you’ll get invited along for the next snowboarding adventure.
The Dakine High Roller is a fully padded snowboard bag that makes traveling with boards a breeze. It’s made of 600D polyester for strong and rugged performance and has three interior pockets to stash anything else you want to bring along.
The bag also has built-in wheels to allow you to carry everything around at the airport or resort easily. It will keep your board safe during air travel and is essential for any rider who wants to visit new locations.
